JET Ambassadors

Juliette de Guelle, Executive Director, ZEDRA

I am a wife and mother to an amazing husband and son who share my passion for motorsport and travelling. I sing as a naughty Alto in a choir (Vocalize) and I am a bookworm and love nothing more than a good cuppa (or a glass of wine) and a good book curled up on my sofa or sitting in the garden.

I have been fortunate to work with and interact in my personal life with neurodivergent individuals and others with challenges such as second languages and health conditions and they have helped me to understand the impact that we can make on their lives and careers. In the work environment, it is so easy to see that happy and well supported teams work harder and contribute more to the business whilst also making the culture much more enjoyable to be part of. Why wouldn’t you want to be part of something that can help all individuals to be part of a great culture when we spend so much of our times at work and it makes up a huge part of our self-esteem?

I have joined JET as an Ambassador because I feel I have more to give in supporting those who may feel challenged in their work environment or returning to work, being able to provide reassurance and experiences that can help them to understand that we are not all scary people and businesses. Everyone deserves a chance and support to make the most of that opportunity and just because a particular period of their lives may not have been so successful for them, this does not define their future.

Sadly I was one of the few who never met Dean. However, it is an honour to continue his legacy.
