As part of our workplace training programme, clients have the opportunity to undertake a four-to six-week work experience placement in a realistic employment environment within one of the business areas at Acorn, in our Woodshack, Nursery or Reuse shop.
As part of this work experience they learn about the specific area of the business in which they are working, as well as developing skills such as teamwork, time management and customer service skills.
