As I grow and gain a deeper understanding of the world, I’ve come to truly value inclusivity. I have lived in Jersey for only two years but wish to be part of the local community and Island life.
I appreciate the work JET does, tirelessly promoting inclusion, employment, sustainability and creating a safe space for belonging. By serving as Ambassadors to help educate employers about JET’s mission, we can help extend its impact across every individual and employment sector in the Island.
As an Ambassador, I am passionate about promoting awareness, celebrating success stories, and helping others recognise the importance of diversity in the workplace. Being part of the Ambassador programme is a privilege and promises to be a rewarding experience for everyone involved. Together, as Ambassadors, we have a unique opportunity to preserve and extend Dean’s legacy for years to come.
