Under 25s Engagement Coordinator
We are looking for an Engagement Coordinator to work with our Under 25 clients who are Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET), supporting them in all aspects of preparing for work and throughout their engagement with JET. You will have the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients, be able to help identify training & development needs. In addition to 1-1 client support, you will be working with small groups of clients to provide a range of skills development training and support towards accessing employment.
This is a 1- year fixed term contract, kindly funded by the Jersey Community Foundation.
