Employment Services

JET is made up of a number of specialised employment support services, which enables our clients to access a flexible range of options that can be tailored to their specific needs.

On receipt of a referral, the client is allocated an Employment Coordinator who works in partnership with them to complete a Vocational Profile.  This enables the Coordinator to get to know them better and identify appropriate employment pathways.  Clients and Coordinators work together to create an individually tailored Employment Action Plan, which gives a clear description of the activities and skills the client can undertake to help achieve their employment goals.  Action plans are regularly reviewed to ensure they reflect any developments or changes to a person's goals.

Training

This area focuses on options to explore and achieve a client's employment aspirations.

Job seeking
