Sue Gill, Client Services Manager, NatWest International
I have had the privilege of working with JET since 2013. This has provided invaluable opportunities to support internships within the bank. Many of our clients have successfully transitioned to permanent roles because of this collaboration.
As an Ambassador I am committed to bringing awareness of the important work that JET do and the importance of having diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Diversity enriches our relationships inside and outside of work. Being inclusive is supporting people to feel empowered to bring the best of themselves to work each day without fear or judgment. As Ambassadors we have a great opportunity to ensure Dean’s legacy carries on for many years to come.
It has been an honour to be invited to support the JET Ambassador programme in memory of Dean. We met through JET and quickly became friends. His infectious personality would always be engaging, and you would find yourself discussing many topics we had in common. He was deeply passionate about JET and dedicated to the meaningful work JET do. He brought an abundance of ideas of how businesses could come together and support those with disabilities and long-term health conditions find work placements.
